    Abstract: A computer-implemented method for accessing an electronic document is provided comprising providing, by a server, an electronic document to a user of a first touchpoint device; receiving, by the first touchpoint device, an input from the user requesting a bookmark; creating a bookmark and a bookmark identifier; storing information about the electronic document in the bookmark; providing to the user, by the first touchpoint device, a bookmark identifier; entering, by the user, the bookmark identifier into a second touchpoint device; and displaying the electronic document on the second touchpoint device, wherein the electronic document displayed on the second touchpoint device has all information previously entered into the electronic document by the user using the first touchpoint device.
