  • Patent number: 10421641
Abstract: An elevator car includes a car box. The car box includes a frame structure that includes a floor element, vertical beams connected to the floor element, and roof beams connected to the vertical beams. The car box further includes walls, each including wall elements of rectangular shape fixed side-by-side to the frame structure and extending from one edge side of the car box to another. The car box includes a roof including roof elements of rectangular shape fixed side-by-side to the frame structure and extending from one edge side of the car box to another. The car box includes and interior bounded by at least the floor element, the walls, and the roof. At least on set of elements, of the roof elements and the wall elements, includes elements associated with separate, respective integrated functionalities.

  • Patent number: 9776831
Abstract: A platform assembly includes a first platform module having an elongated front face, a second platform module having an elongated front face, and a locking member for locking the front faces of the first and second platform modules to each other. The locking member is movably mounted on the first platform module in a longitudinal direction of the front face thereof, and at least one of the locking member and the second platform includes a locking protrusion, and the other of the locking member and the second platform includes a locking slot, wherein the locking protrusion is received by the locking slot and protrudes from the front face of the first platform module. An edge of the locking protrusion is behind an edge of the locking slot when the locking member is moved in said longitudinal direction of the front face, thereby locking the platform modules to each other.

  • Publication number: 20140305749
Abstract: The invention relates to an elevator car, which comprises suspension means for supporting the elevator car in the elevator hoistway and a car box, which car box comprises a free interior for receiving and transporting freight and/or passengers in the interior of the car box of the elevator, which interior is bounded by at least the floor, walls, roof, and preferably also a door arrangement comprised in the car box, a floor element, vertical beams and roof beams, which floor element and vertical beams and roof beams are connected to each other such that they form a load-bearing frame structure, of rectangular prism shape, of the car box of the elevator, on the inside of which frame structure is a plurality of planar elements, of rectangular shape fixed side-by-side to the frame structure and extending essentially from one edge side of the car box to another, from which plurality a uniform wall surface and/or roof surface of the car box is formed, and the plurality, of which elements comprises elements differin

  • Patent number: 4390274
Abstract: A method for photometrically measuring a reaction process at a darkened measuring station which contains a sample having an unknown quantity of a substance which acts as a reaction partner with a reagent. The sample is provided with a first reagent which acts as a reaction partner with a reaction partner present in the sample. A first photometric measurement of the sample is taken at the darkened measuring station to measure the reaction process between the first reagent and the reaction partner in the sample, and this first measurement is used for computation. At least one additional reagent which differs from the first reagent and which constitutes a further reaction partner is added to the sample at the darkened measuring station after the first photometric measurement. A photometric measurement of the sample is conducted after the addition of each additional reagent and during the course of a reaction between reaction partners then present.

  • Patent number: 4349510
Abstract: The invention relates to automatic transportation, processing and measurement of chemiluminescence and bioluminescence in discrete samples contained in depressions on a light-reflecting tape. The tape may have either one row of sample wells for measurement of luminescence with a single light detector, or consecutive rows of 2-10 samples or more for simultaneous measurement of luminescence with a multi-detector array having an equal number of individual detectors as there are samples in one row. Processing and measurement of up to 500 samples per hour with a single detector and up to several thousands of samples per hour with the multi-detector system is possible.

  • Patent number: 4264727
Abstract: A method is described for quantitative measurement of digoxin and other digitaloids in serum. The method is based on the inhibition of Na.sup.+, K.sup.+ --specific ATPase enzyme by digitaloids as a result of receptor binding principle and the measurement of this inhibition with the firefly luceferin--luciferase bioluminescence assay of APT. Method is specific and has similar sensitivity to that of the commonly used radioimmunoassay, but simpler and can be performed with low-cost instrumentation.
