  • Patent number: 6707531
Abstract: An automatic self-service installation for printing photographs stored in digital form includes a digital medium reader for reading and retrieving digital data from stored image(s) which a user wishes to restore on a paper print. A central processing unit manages the installation and permits interaction with a user. An interacting device, actuatable by the user allows user selection of image(s) within the digital medium for printing, and production of the image(s) on paper medium. An exposure system for the selected image(s) is associated with a facility for storing and moving a photosensitive paper. A chemical treatment unit includes developing baths and a facility for automatic transfer of developed photosensitive paper into the baths. The installation also includes a facility for drying paper print(s) obtained after printing and a receptacle for storing and permitting removal of the produced print(s).

  • Patent number: 5589902
Abstract: A photo installation having an acquisition element intended to receive the optical image of a subject desired to be photographed. The acquisition element is connected to a central processing unit for storing the optical information thus received. The installation is provided with a screen connected to the acquisition element that allows simultaneous viewing by the subject of the image received by the acquisition element. A printing device is provided to take a photograph or a sequence of photographs upon command of the subject. A half-silvered mirror is mounted on the optical axis of the acquisition element and directed along the bisector of the angle defined by the respective optical axes of the acquisition element and the screen so as to generate a virtual image of the screen on the optical path of the acquisition element.

  • Patent number: 4949114
Abstract: A device for introducing the free end of a negative film unwound from a reel into a developing unit. The device is constituted by a clamp formed by a lower shell and an upper shell articulated about an axis parallel to the spindle of the reel. The clamp includes a cylindrical cradle adapted to receive the reel and prevent rotation of the reel during unwinding of the film. A rectilinear portion of the clamp is contiguous with the cradle and is adapted to guide the film during unwinding. The rectilinear portion includes two parallel paths for guiding the film. The rectilinear portion includes a first window for passage of a blade of a cutting member for cutting the film when the unwinding of the film is complete. The rectilinear portion includes a second window for passage of a pair of press rollers for advancing the film.

  • Patent number: 4159783
Abstract: A key blank selector-dispenser comprises a drum having a central axis aperture and several series of radial cells for receiving magazines of key blanks and contained in respective radial planes of the cylinder. The drum is rotatable by an electric motor having an electromagnetic brake. Key blank ejectors for each said series are provided in said aperture and are located in the same diametral plane of the drum.A control panel has a number of slots for insertion of specimen keys equal to the number of said cells. Means actuatable by insertion of a specimen key closes the motor circuit to start the motor. A cam on each series of cells operates a limit contact when a cell having a desired blank comes into the plane of the ejectors to effect stopping of the motor and actuation of the ejector corresponding to the series selected.

  • Patent number: 4156375
Abstract: A motor driven rotary cam forces back a hammer against a spring and then suddenly releases it to provide an impact stroke to a pivoted massive lever which carries, at the end opposite the portion driven by a hammer, a lock pick needle held in a chuck. It is not necessary to feel out the position of the tumblers of the lock, because the impacts, repeated as necessary, drive the counter-pins away from the tumblers against their respective springs and an auxiliary tool carrying a weight, which does not need to be held in the hand of the operator, can turn the lock when the counter-pins have been propelled sufficiently far into the standing part of the lock. The force of the stroke, stroke length and repetition rate are all adjustable, as well as the torque applied by the auxiliary tool, in each case by a simple adjustment.
