  • Patent number: 10499299
Abstract: A method of progressive toggling from a first frequency band to a new frequency band, first mobile nodes being previously attached to the relay node, the method including, upon detection by the relay node of interference on the first frequency band, the relay node triggers the progressive toggling which includes: a selection by the relay node of a new frequency band not suffering interference, an occupation of the new frequency band by the relay node, a blocking of access to the connection to the relay node via the first frequency band for at least one second mobile node, a toggling of the first radio communications of the first active mobile nodes from the first frequency band to the new frequency band, and a freeing of the first frequency band by the relay node.

  • Patent number: 9253790
Abstract: Radio blocs (BRjp) shared in a predetermined frequency band during a periodic radio frame (TRi) between base stations (BS) are allocated to applications in base stations and mobile stations. Each radio block spreading on frequencies (Cj) of said band during a time slot (M?t) of the radio frame and can be associated with an uplink or a downlink. To meet quality-of-service parameters required by an application, a base station estimates occupation rates of the radio blocks during consecutive radio frames, and allocates to the application at least one radio block having an occupation rate less than a threshold and a periodicity expressed in period of frame and depending on the required quality-of-service parameters. The base station are autonomous for the radio block allocations.

  • Patent number: 9185630
Abstract: The invention relates to a relay node capable of managing the establishment of a fixed number of connections to detected neighboring relay nodes in order to form an ad hoc network with wide coverage. The relay node comprises a means for classifying the neighboring relay nodes according to a parameter, a means for selecting a fixed number of first classified neighboring relay nodes and means for establishing connections between the selected neighboring relay nodes and said relay node. The relay node also comprises a means for upgrading, before the selection of the fixed number of first neighboring relay nodes, the neighboring relay nodes determined as being non-accessible or accessible with upgrading in the ad hoc network from said relay node to make them able to be selected.
