  • Publication number: 20180202902
Abstract: A sampling cartridge (1), a sampling device (2, 3), an extracting device (4) and a sampling and extracting device (5) which allow safe measurement without contamination of the adsorbent, before or after sampling. The sampling cartridge (1) comprises an envelope (10) made from an inert material in which an adsorbent material (13) is sealed, in a leaktight manner, by two caps (11, 12) located at the two ends (100, 101) of the envelope. Each cap (11, 12) has an opening (111, 121) which is closed by a seal (110, 120) formed of a silicone film and a barrier layer made of aluminum which withstands the high temperatures necessary for the thermal desorption technique. The cartridge (1) is conditioned under inert gas and its ends (100, 101) comprise at least one seal-on end piece (102) for a cap, and one universal end piece (105) for a sealed, screwed or clip-fastened cap.

  • Patent number: 6694767
Abstract: A work enclosure, and in particular a system for low temperature storage that includes a chest provided with a refrigerator unit. The chest has a top plate provided with a plurality of openings each suitable for allowing a support for at least one container of an article for storage to be passed therethrough, the support presenting a working storage height no greater than the height of the chest, and the top of the support is provided with an element of shape matching the shape of the opening so as to close it once the support has been fully inserted through the opening. In some embodiments, automation elements are provided above the top plate of the chest for moving the supports at least in vertical translation so as to enable supports to be inserted and withdrawn via the openings of the chest.

  • Publication number: 20030233842
Abstract: The invention relates to a work enclosure, and in particular to a system for low temperature storage comprising a chest provided with a refrigerator unit. The device of the invention is particularly remarkable in that the chest has a top plate provided with a plurality of openings each suitable for allowing a support for at least one container of an article for storage to be passed therethrough, the support presenting a working storage height no greater than the height of said chest, and the top of said support is provided with an element of shape matching the shape of the opening so as to close it once the support has been fully inserted through said opening. In some embodiments, automatic means are provided above the top plate of the chest for moving the supports at least in vertical translation so as to enable supports to be inserted and withdrawn via the openings of the chest.

  • Patent number: 6357983
Abstract: Automatic storing device comprising a storage container for storing objects in a plurality of locations which locations are defined by one of housings and shelves arranged side-by-side and on a plurality of levels. A device is provided for loading and unloading the objects into and out of the locations. The device for loading and unloading the objects comprises a platform for supporting an object. A mechanism is also provided for moving the platform from one level to another. A pair of pliers adapted to grip an object is provided. The pliers comprise two parallel pivoting branches. Each of the two branches is pivotally mounted and has a free end adapted to grip the object. A first moving mechanism adapted to move the two branches in the same direction is provided. A second moving mechanism adapted to move the two branches towards and away from each other is also provided.
