  • Patent number: 6336466
Abstract: System for the venting of a liquid tank, comprising a float valve, arranged in the tank, in communication with a pipe forming one end of a venting circuit, and a closed volume internal to the tank and provided with an emptying device, the closed volume functioning as a capacity intended for collecting any possible entrainments of liquid coming from the tank, the valve being located outside the volume of the capacity and being connected to the latter by means of the pipe of the venting circuit.

  • Patent number: 5971002
Abstract: A safety valve for a circuit for ventilating a liquid tank, preventing liquid from being entrained and comprising a casing which opens out inside the tank under the upper wall of the latter and the upper part of which is connected to the ventilating circuit by means of an orifice, including:a) a needle capable, in the high position, of shutting off the orifice located in the head of the valve;b) a float associated with the needle and capable of sliding vertically inside the casing;c) structure for supporting the float and for displacing the said float upwards in the event of an inclination of the casing;d) a stem extending the lower part of the casing inside the tank under the means for supporting and displacing the float.

  • Patent number: 5891385
Abstract: A process for securing a component inside a hollow body essentially made of thermoplastic material includes positioning the component in the hollow body during its manufacture by means of a support. The component is secured by being hot-plated between two opposed faces of the hollow body.

  • Patent number: 4669288
Abstract: A lock assembly comprises a stator, a rotor pivoting in a bore in the stator and a plurality of stator piston/rotor piston pairings which are resiliently urged towards a key channel provided axially in the said rotor for receiving a coded key slidable in said channel and having flats each of which cooperates with one of the said pairings in order to displace the latter against the action of the said resilient means so that the generatrix of separation between each rotor piston and each stator piston of one pairing is at a tangent to the said rotor. The pairs of stator pistons and rotor pistons and their resilient restoring means are preassembled each in a radial bore in the stator. The radial bores are distributed angularly about the axis of the lock in at least one diametrical plane and are closed at their inner end by an abutment which is moved aside during insertion of the rotor.
