  • Patent number: 9824479
Abstract: The present invention relates to rendering texts in a natural language, namely to manipulating a text in a natural language to generate an image or animation corresponding to this text. The invention is unique mainly in that a sequence of animations is selected, semantically corresponding to a given text. Given a set of animations and a text, the invention makes it possible to compare the sequence of these animations to this text. It is unique in that text templates are used and an optimum sequence of these templates is determined. The idea of the template-based text rendering consists in that the text is manipulated to generate an image or animation with the aid of searching correspondences to a limited number of predefined templates. An animation according to certain style is selected in compliance with each template. Animations are sequentially combined into a single sequence of video images.

Abstract: The present invention relates to rendering texts in a natural language, namely to manipulating a text in a natural language to generate an image or animation corresponding to this text. The technical effect achievable from the use of the claimed invention consists in expanding the range of technical facilities as related to rendering a text written in a natural language (obtaining animations using the text). The invention is unique mainly in that a sequence of animations is selected, semantically corresponding to a given text. Given a set of animations and a text, the invention makes it possible to compare the sequence of these animations to this text. It is unique in that text templates are used and a optimum sequence of these templates is determined. The idea of the templated text rendering consists in that the text is manipulated to generate an image or animation with the aid of searching correspondences to a limited number of predefined templates.

  • Patent number: 4161037
Abstract: A ferrite core memory in the form of a hollow plait of ferrite matrices. ferrite matrices comprise ferrite cores interwoven with coordinate wires and wires forming readout and inhibition windings. The hollow plait consists of alternating squares of ferrite matrices connected at their edges and formed into a hollow cylindrical plait. The diagonal lines of the matrices extend axially and transversely of the plait. The coordinate wires interweaving the ferrite cores extend along orthogonally intersecting helical lines lying on the cylindrical surface of the plait. The outgoing leads of the readout and inhibition windings are distributed longitudinally along the plait.

  • Patent number: 4124302
Abstract: A device for photometering a substance placed in a cylindershaped cell, comprising an aperture diaphragm and an elliptical mirror successively arranged in the path of a light beam emitted by a light source. The elliptical mirror is installed coaxially to the cylindershaped cell containing the substance to be photometered. The light beam, incident on the eliptical mirror and reflected therefrom, is focused on said cell and then collected on a photoreceiver. In the path of the light beam, incident on the elliptical mirror and reflected from said mirror, is arranged a semi-transparant mirror is arranged for directing the light beam passing through said cell to the photoreceiver. The device has low sensitivity to axial displacement of the cell with respect to the optical axis thereof, and also exhibits low sensitivity to rotation of said cell about its axis.
