  • Patent number: 11978982
Abstract: In order to receive eight electrical crimp contacts, namely four electrical signal contacts and four electrical power contacts, and a Y-shaped shielding element in a hybrid electrical plug connector, according to the invention a contact carrier is designed in multiple parts, in particular three parts, wherein the signal contact receivers are located in the first contact carrier part. The central contact can be positioned on the first or second contact carrier part. When fastening these two contact carrier parts to one another, the central contact can thus be fixed between the two contact carrier parts. Furthermore, the Y-shaped shielding element is held on a holder of the first contact carrier part. This assembly is jointly inserted into the sleeve-shaped third contact carrier part so that the central contact is positioned with its plug-in region substantially centrally in the plug-in face of the plug connector.

  • Patent number: 11101603
Abstract: A shield element (1) of a printed circuit board connector enables maximum tolerance compensation between a printed circuit board (5), on which the printed circuit board connector is secured on the connection side, and a housing wall (4) of a device housing surrounding the printed circuit board (5). The shield element (1) is substantially hollow-cylindrical and can be fitted onto the insulating body (2) on the insertion side so as to also ensure a required connection to ground over the large desired tolerance range.

  • Patent number: 10978830
Abstract: A compact design for a push-pull latching system for a rectangular plug includes at least one locking and releasing element (11) which is held against a broad side of a plug housing in such a way that the locking and releasing element can be moved parallel to the broad side of the plug housing (1). The locking and releasing element (11) can be formed integrally with the plug housing (1) from an elastic plastic and can have a plurality of locking arms (111) having locking hooks (113). The movement necessary for releasing is then inversely proportional to the number of locking arms (111); the elasticity is also determined by the shape of the locking arms, in particular the width of the locking arms.

  • Patent number: 10873155
Abstract: A plug connector has a main body, an actuating element, and a contact carrier accommodated in the main body. By pulling on the actuating element against the plugging direction of the plug connector, a locking connection to a mating plug connector can be released and the plug connector can be removed from the mating plug connector. The spring strength of locking arms that enable the locking connection to a mating plug connector can be adjusted by the actuating element. As a result of a spring strength reduced in such a way, the locking connection can be released.
