  • Publication number: 20230011805
Abstract: The present invention relates to a presence availability discovery device comprising a series of computing devices, coupled via a network connector, to match connected worker(s) to a multimodal dialog initiated by an end user, comprising: a dialog identifier device, a context identifier device, a relevance classifier device, a connected worker identifier device, a connected worker router, a memory, and a controller. As a novel aspect, the connected worker identifier device parses a relevance discovery report created by the relevance classifier device to create a list of connected workers most responsive to the multimodal dialog and the end user, by correlating weighted intents against a list of connected workers, whereby the list of the one or more connected workers further comprises each of the one or more connected workers listed having an associated identifier, at least one availability marker, at least one skill, and at least one skill ranking.

  • Patent number: 11296947
Abstract: The present invention relates to a software defined networking in a wide area network (SD-WAN) device, comprising a network monitor which observes and gathers network parameters reflecting network conditions and stores them to a database; a metrics collector which receives and gathers node parameters reflecting node status stores them to the database, a traffic manager which performs a traffic evaluation on the network parameters or node parameters to identify if a network traffic level is within a performance range, and a policy engine which performs a mitigation evaluation on the analysis done by the traffic manager to determine if a mitigation strategy must be initiated. If a mitigation strategy must be initiated, the policy engine determines a target node to receive the mitigation strategy and translates the mitigation strategy into a format understandable to the target node and pushes a mitigation command containing the mitigation strategy to the target node.

  • Patent number: 11206150
Abstract: A controller for equipment includes a communications interface, a communications protocol manager, a protocol detection manager, and an equipment controller. The communications interface connects to at least one of a serial bus and a wireless communications device. The communications protocol manager communicates via at least one of the serial bus and the wireless communications device according to a communications protocol and a predetermined parameter. The protocol detection manager causes the communications protocol manager to test for multiple communications protocols and predetermined parameters to identify a communications protocol and parameter used by at least one of the serial bus and the wireless communications device.

  • Publication number: 20210034338
Abstract: The present invention comprises devices, systems, and methods of a novel communications enablement platform (CEP), comprising a communication services module including a first series of communication nodes further comprising microservices, application programming interfaces, metadata discoverers, databases, and gateways. The CEP furthering comprises an integration module, including a second series of communication nodes further comprising application components, patterns, and gateways. The communication services module and the integration module can be operatively coupled via the gateways. The CEP also includes an operatively coupled user interface, where a design user composes integration flows by manipulating the patterns through combination with the microservices, the application programming interfaces, and the application components.

  • Publication number: 20200162285
Abstract: A method for determining a topology of an Ethernet ring having a plurality of devices includes disabling a first port of a first device of the plurality of devices, detecting a terminated link at a first port of a second device of the plurality of devices, sending a message to a ring topology generator indicating that the first port of the second device is connected to a previous device relative to the second device, and generating the topology of the Ethernet ring based on (1) the message indicating that the first port of the second device is connected to the previous device relative to the second device and (2) an indication that the first device is the previous device relative to the second device.

  • Patent number: 10567219
Abstract: A smart communications controller for building equipment includes an equipment port and a processing circuit including a plurality of autoconfiguration objects. Each of the autoconfiguration objects corresponds to a different communications protocol and is configured to perform a protocol testing process. The protocol testing process includes sending a request message to the building equipment using the corresponding communications protocol. The request message includes a request for an equipment ID. The protocol testing process includes receiving a response message from the building equipment in response to the request message and identifying the corresponding communications protocol as being used by the building equipment in response to the response message including the requested equipment ID.
