  • Patent number: 12720502
Abstract: An apparatus and system for new radio (NR) vehicle-to-everything (V2X) sidelink communications are described. A UE receives, from an assisting UE, inter-UE coordination feedback that contains a preferred resource set and a non-preferred resource set based on a reference configuration and uses preferred resources for the V2X sidelink communications. • Patent number: 12713417
Abstract: An apparatus and system for deferring hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions in a time-domain duplexing (TDD) system are described. After an SPS PDSCH configuration indicating that deferral of the SPS HARQ feedback is enabled is received, a user equipment (UE) determines whether a PUCCH associated with a particular SPS PDSCH transmission is able to be transmitted on valid uplink (UL) symbols. The PUCCH carries a SPS HARQ-ACK bits to acknowledge the particular SPS PDSCH transmission. If the PUCCH is unable to be transmitted using the timing of the SPS PDSCH configuration, the transmission is deferred until the next valid occasion on which the PUCCH is able to be transmitted.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to multiplexing uplink transmissions. A user equipment (UE) device may detect a first set of beta offset indices associated with multiplexing high priority uplink control information (UCI) into a physical uplink shared control channel (PUSCH); detect a second set of beta offset indices associated multiplexing low priority UCI into the PUSCH; detect downlink control information (DCI) using a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) which schedules the PUSCH; determine, based on the first set of beta offset indices and the second set of beta offset indices, that UE device is to multiplex the high priority UCI with the low priority UCI into the PUSCH; and encode, based on the second set of beta offset indices, a multiplexed uplink transmission for transmission to the 5G network device using the PUSCH, the multiplexed uplink transmission comprising the high priority UCI and the low priority UCI.

  • Patent number: 12695577
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) configured for Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook determination in a fifth-generation (5G) new radio (NR) network may decode a downlink control information (DCI) format received from a generation Node B (gNB). When the DCI format triggers HARQ-ACK codebook retransmission, the UE may determine a HARQ-ACK codebook to be retransmitted based on a time-offset indicated in the DCI format. To determine the HARQ-ACK codebook to be retransmitted, the UE may determine an uplink (UL) slot that included an initial transmission of the HARQ-ACK codebook based on subtracting the time-offset from the DL slot that included the DCI. The UE may also encode a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) to include the HARQ-ACK codebook determined to be retransmitted in a UL slot based on a slot offset.

  • Patent number: 12652684
Abstract: An apparatus and system for inter-UE coordination feedback for sidelink communications are described. In particular, inter-UE coordination feedback signaling for reliable sidelink communication including transmitter-based resource allocation and signaling of conflicts, prioritization of the inter-UE coordination feedback, and timing of the inter-UE coordination feedback are described. Sidelink hybrid acknowledgment request (HARQ) acknowledgment/negative acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) or NACK only signaling is prioritized over a half-duplex (HD) or co-channel collision (CC) feedback indication, and uplink transmissions are prioritized over sidelink transmissions. In response to detection of a conflict, the inter-UE coordination feedback is transmitted relative to the slot where the HD or CC event occurs or relative to the slot where reservation of the resources for the sidelink transmissions.
