The pinion is rotatably mounted on the strip to engage the rack. The axis X of the pinion is fixed on the strip, and the rod is between the strip and the pinion. The pitch surface of the rack is spaced, with respect to the inner surface of the rod, towards the strip, beyond the half thickness of the rod. The rod comprises an aperture inside which a canal-shaped structure is inserted and the rack is placed in the canal-shaped structure.
