    Abstract: A photometric liquid analyzer for use in clinical or chemical laboratory analysis comprises a lower housing containing a photometric unit. A liquid sample to be analyzed is introduced into a container of the photometric unit and light is then passed through the container and sample and the degree of light absorption is measured using a photomultiplier and associated electronic circuitry. An upper housing of the analyzer is inclined forwardly and upwardly with respect to the lower housing and contains a print-out unit for printing out the photometric analysis results.
