Abstract: A method, implemented by at least one computer, for determining the time which has elapsed since the packaging of a packaged edible oil, which is extracted from olives, includes: training at least one machine learning model to determine the time that has elapsed since the packaging of a packaged edible oil extracted from olives, analyzing a sample of the oil, to acquire the quantity/concentration data of a plurality of analytes contained in the oil sample, the oil sample being analyzed by a headspace technique coupled with a gas chromatograph and spectrometer, sending, the data acquired in this way, and relating to quantities/concentrations of the analytes in the sample of oil, at an input to the at least one machine learning model, already trained, to thus obtain, at an output, a numerical value corresponding to, or representative of, the time which has elapsed since the packaging of the oil.

Abstract: A publicity board provided with a plurality of rotatable prismatic members ounted side-by-side, each being arranged to carry portions of publicity images on its faces, and further provided with a meter for rotating the prismatic members about their respective longitudinal axes. The motor is coupled to the prismatic members by means of an operating shaft driven by the motor and carrying a plurality of radial rods such that they rotate, to each cooperate with respective appendices extending radially from an end pivot of each prismatic member, for the purpose of transmitting to this latter a rotation through an angle which is double the angle formed at the center by each face of said prismatic member.
