Abstract: A vehicle cockpit component (10, 12, 14, 16, 18) with a heating device that comprises a polyurethane-based foam charged and/or impregnated with an electrically conductive filler (1) which is directly connected to means for generating a potential difference (7a, 7b; 11a, 11b; 13a, 13b) for generating heat by Joule effect is provided. The polyurethane-based foam charged and/or impregnated with an electrically conductive filler (1) is used for manufacturing the padding or the upholstery of the vehicle cockpit component (10, 12, 14, 16, 18) or one or more portions of the padding or upholstery. The heating device is intrinsic to the vehicle cockpit component and does not require the provision of additional, separate components.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a dipping solution for cord fabrics and a production method thereof comprising the steps of adding acrylic resin (polymer) into water (11), adjusting pH value (12), adding epoxy to the composition (13), adding polyisocyanate to the composition (14), adding latex to the composition (15), obtaining the dipping material (16); enabling the synthetic fiber and the rubber used in cord fabric reinforced rubber materials production to be attached to each other by providing an interface between two said materials; not as hazardous as RFL for human health and also being environmental friendly.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a dipping material composition for cord fabric which is free of resorcinol and formaldehyde and production methods thereof comprising the steps of adding an acrylic resin containing a carboxylic acid group, adjusting pH value, adding an epoxy resin, adding a blocked polyisocyanate, adding a styrene butadiene latex and adding a styrene butadiene vinylpyridine latex into water, obtaining the dipping material, enabling the synthetic fiber and the rubber used in cord fabric reinforced rubber materials production to be attached to each other by providing an interface between the two said materials. Since the composition is formaldehyde-free, it is not as hazardous for human health as resorcinol-formaldehyde-latex (RFL) based systems and it is also environmentally friendly.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a dipping material composition that is environmentally friendly and used in production of cord fabric and the rubber to be attached to each other by providing a phase between the said two structures. The objective of the present invention is to provide a dipping solution comprising more environmentally friendly chemicals (an acrylic resin containing a carboxylic acid group, an epoxy resin, a blocked polyisocyanate, a styrene butadiene latex and a styrene butadiene vinylpyridine latex) relative to the chemicals used in the state of the art, providing the desired effect by treating cord fabrics for shorter period of time, and enabling the cords to be produced in desired colors owing to their pale yellowish color.
