Abstract: Methods, systems, means and machine-readable media embodying program instructions for connecting nearby real estate agents with potential buyers are described. Certain methods allow buyers to identify a real estate property while traveling around a neighborhood, generate a request to view the property, and then select an agent from among other agents to meet at the property before the buyer exits the neighborhood.

Abstract: According to certain inventive techniques, a buyer's mobile device running an application is in communication with a server to facilitate communication regarding the showing of a listed real estate property. Using the application, the buyer can check into the showing. If a location of the buyer's mobile device then exceeds a predetermined distance from the property, a feedback request is automatically sent to the mobile device from the server.

Abstract: A method for scheduling a property showing includes receiving an electronic communication from a buyer, wherein the electronic communication from the buyer includes identification data to uniquely identify a property, and requested showing time data including a requested showing time for the property. It is determined whether confirmation by a seller is required prior to showing the property. If the confirmation by the seller is not required, a showing at the requested time is scheduled. Showing instructions for the property are retrieved and electronically communicated to the buyer. If confirmation by the seller is required, a confirmation request is sent to the seller via an electronic communication.
