  • Publication number: 20240135327
Abstract: A system and method for managing offboarding of employees. Applications used by an employee are identified. Further, insights for the applications are derived. The insights comprise a category for the applications. The applications are arranged in a sequence based on a priority. Subsequently a set of actions for the applications are determined based on the insights. Finally, the set of actions are scheduled to be automatically executed using APIs.

  • Patent number: 11880753
Abstract: A system and a method for determining application usage is disclosed. The system may receive activity data for one or more applications from a plurality of sources in a raw format. The plurality of sources comprises Single Sign-on Integration (SSO), direct application integration, Browser Agents, Desktop Agents, and financial integration. Further, the system may create a master data by parsing the activity data. The master data may be enriched with organization data, department data, application data, and billing data. Subsequently, the system may calculate weights for each source and for each activity for each application using Machine Learning (ML) algorithms. Further, a regression model may be trained based on the master data and the weights assigned to each source for each activity. Generating a usage score for each application at a user level, a department level, and an organizational level based on the trained regression model.

  • Patent number: 8793797
Abstract: A secured database system with built-in antivirus protection is described. In one embodiment, for example, a method of the present invention is described for securing a database system, the method comprises steps of: provisioning storage from a storage device, for storing database information; generating an encryption key so that the database information is stored on the storage device in an encrypted manner; generating a decryption key for decrypting the database information stored on the storage device, wherein access to the decryption key is controlled by the database system based on user privileges; receiving a request from a user for access to the database information; determining whether the user has been granted sufficient privileges to access the database information; if the user has been granted sufficient privileges, automatically decrypting the database information to provide the access; and otherwise denying the request if the user has not been granted sufficient privileges.
