  • Publication number: 20240147827
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display device includes preparing a spraying device including a plurality of nozzles, dividing a discharge amount value range between a first reference discharge amount value and a second reference discharge amount value into k areas (k is a natural number), generating nozzle sets by combining n nozzles (n is a natural number) among m nozzles (m is a natural number, m?n) for each of a plurality of nozzle groups, where the nozzle sets have a same discharge amount value as one another or different discharge amount values from one another, and each of the plurality of nozzle groups is defined by the m nozzles among the plurality of nozzles, and deriving an active nozzle group in which the nozzle sets are distributed in a preset manner in the k areas from the plurality of nozzle groups.

  • Publication number: 20240147828
Abstract: An inkjet printing method includes forming a sequence of sequence numbers corresponding to a pixel matrix including pixels arranged in X rows and Y columns (where X and Y are respective natural numbers), setting nozzle combinations for the pixels, respectively, according to the sequence, and discharging ink to the pixels using respective combinations of nozzles respectively corresponding to the nozzle combinations for the pixels.

  • Publication number: 20240051291
Abstract: A printing device includes: a printer, which to include a plurality of nozzles; a discharge detection sensor configured to detect an amount of ink discharged from the plurality of the nozzles; and a nozzle combination calculator configured to determine a final nozzle combination for each pixel column on a substrate based on discharge rates of the plurality of the nozzles, where the nozzle combination calculator includes: an average value calculator configured to set a usable nozzle group for each pixel column of the substrate among the plurality of the nozzles; and a nozzle combination determiner configured to determine the final nozzle combination corresponding to each pixel column by using a moving average value of nozzle discharge rates of the nozzle group set for each pixel column.

  • Patent number: 7335414
Abstract: A printed circuit board has a flexible portion where a covering layer is exposed, and a rigid portion provided by forming a resistant layer on a part of the covering layer. To produce a camera module, a lens unit and a CCD are affixed to the printed circuit board through an adhesive, wherein the CCD is located inside the lens unit. The rigid portion has a top surface that is substantially equal in shape and size to an outline of a bottom surface of the lens unit, so the top surface of the rigid portion serves as a coating area for the adhesive.
