Abstract: In one example, a semiconductor device can comprise a substrate, a device stack, first and second internal interconnects, and an encapsulant. The substrate can comprise a first and second substrate sides opposite each other, a substrate outer sidewall between the first substrate side and the second substrate side, and a substrate inner sidewall defining a cavity between the first substrate side and the second substrate side. The device stack can be in the cavity and can comprise a first electronic device, and a second electronic device stacked on the first electronic device. The first internal interconnect can be coupled to the substrate and the device stack. The encapsulant can cover the substrate inner sidewall and the device stack and can fill the cavity. Other examples and related methods are disclosed herein.

  • Publication number: 20230129998
Abstract: A method for monitoring a job scheduler may be performed on a computing device including one or more processors and a memory storing one or more programs executed by the one or more processors. The method may include checking whether it is necessary to determine whether to expand a resource of a computing environment to be scheduled when a job is performed by scheduling by a job scheduler; calculating a value of a score function for a scheduling policy currently executing and a maximum value of a predetermined score function when it is necessary to determine whether to expand a resource of the computing environment to be scheduled; and determining to expand a resource of the computing environment to be scheduled based on the value of the score function and the maximum value of the predetermined score function.

  • Publication number: 20220382976
Abstract: A neural network architecture embedding method according to an embodiment is performed by a computing device including one or more processors and a memory storing one or more programs executed by the one or more processors. The method generates a word data set for each of a plurality of layers of a neural network architecture on basis of one or more features of each of the plurality of layers, generates a graph regarding the neural network architecture on basis of the word data set and connection relationship between the plurality of layers, and generates a neural network architecture embedding vector for the neural network architecture by inputting the graph regarding the neural network architecture to a pre-trained network-vector transformation model.
