Abstract: Provided are a method for calculating SIG-BF for a blood vessel site from an MRA image and a system for analyzing the risk of cerebrovascular disease and stroke using same. A method for analyzing the risk of cerebrovascular disease according to an embodiment of the present invention enables the risk of cerebrovascular disease to be predicted by calculating the SIG-BF of a blood vessel from the MRA image. Accordingly, accurate diagnosis and monitoring of cerebral infarction, cerebrovascular disease, cerebral hemorrhage, etc. can be achieved, the mid- to long-term prognosis can be determined and the optimal treatment or treatment method can be selected, and future risks can be predicted.
