  • Publication number: 20120321501
Abstract: The present invention relates to a production method for high-carbon martensitic stainless steel as used in razorblades, knives and the like, which contains, as percentages by weight, 0.40 to 0.80% carbon and 11 to 16% chromium as main components. Provided is a production method for high-carbon martensitic stainless steel in a strip-casting device, wherein a stainless-steel thin sheet is cast by supplying a stainless molten steel containing, as percentages by weight, 0.40 to 0.80% carbon and from 11 to 16% chromium to a molten steel pool from a tundish via a nozzle, and the cast stainless-steel thin sheet is made into a hot-rolled annealed strip using in-line rollers to a rolling reduction of 5 to 40% immediately just after the casting so that the size of primary carbides within the microstructure of the hot-rolled annealed strip is 10 ?m or less, and also provided is martensitic stainless steel produced by means of the production method.

  • Publication number: 20040124119
Abstract: Disclosed is a carrier tape for use in the parts-implanting machine for carrying parts therewith having means for being towed in the carrier tape and disposed in a longitudinal direction thereof and first means for capturing each of first parts, further comprising one or two longitudinally linear linings formed of hot-melt or sticky material and coated on one surface of the carrier tape such that each of the first part-capturing means is disposed in parallel with the linings, whereby after a cover tape is overlaid on the surface of the carrier tape, heat-staked or born down hard with each of the first parts captured by the first part-capturing means and disposed in between the carrier tape and the cover tape, and then fed into the machine by towing the means for being towed, each of the first parts is carried over to a place intended for the first parts and ready to be taken out in a cyclic manner as the carrier tape is peeled off the cover tape.

  • Publication number: 20030198785
Abstract: Disclosed is a group of carrier tapes in accordance with each of eleven versions of the present invention, each of which is to be overlaid on upper surface of the carrier tape wherein part-capturing means longitudinally disposed in at least one row is formed. First version of the cover tape comprises: a linear first base film; a linear first lining transversely overhung on one edge of the first base film and comprising a first film with a first sticky lining layered thereon; a linear second lining transversely overhung on the other edge and comprising a second film with a second sticky lining also layered thereon; whereby when the cover tape is overlaid and born down hard on the carrier tape, each of the first and second lining becomes in contact with upper surface of the carrier tape so that each of the parts captured in between the carrier tape and the cover tape can be carried over to a place intended therefor to be ready to be taken out as the cover tape is peeled off the carrier tape.
