Abstract: A dual release actuator for a vehicle seat includes a motor, a cable carrier configured to receive power of the motor, thereby rotating to selectively pull one of two different cables, a Hall sensor to sense rotation of the motor, and a controller configured to count a sensing pulse of the Hall sensor for controlling rotation of the motor.

Abstract: A method for deciding a network manager (NM) in a home network, including the steps of comparing a priority of a current NM and a priority of a new NM when the new NM is plugged-in a home network which is controlled by the current NM and deciding a NM having a higher priority as the NM of the home network between the current NM and the new NM, can smoothly control and manage the home network by deciding a NM having a higher priority as the NM for centralized-controlling the home network.

To this end, in the home network generating a HC for dividing each household and providing the generated HC to each household, the method comprises the steps of: generating a portion of the HC as a region separation code for dividing plural regions; and generating another portion of the HC as a household separation code for separating households in each of the plural regions.
