Abstract: A method of, and a mobile terminal configured for, efficiently displaying an event indication in the form of a pop-up box during idle mode of a mobile terminal is provided. Upon occurrence of a second event in idle mode, it is determined whether an event pop-up box indicating an occurrence of a first event of the same type as the second event exists. When the event pop-up box indicating the occurrence of the first event exists, the event pop-up box is updated with information indicating the occurrence of the second event and displayed on a display.

Abstract: A device and method is provided for managing event information in a wireless terminal. The device includes a controller for controlling and sorting at least one event information based on a menu, and providing an identifier corresponding to the menu on a date-by-date basis, and a displaying unit for displaying event information on the date-by-date basis, using the identifier. The method includes the steps of sorting at least one event information by a menu, and displaying event information on a date-by-date basis, using an identifier corresponding to the menu.

Abstract: An apparatus for testing a semiconductor device includes: a power supplying unit for generating a voltage to be supplied to the semiconductor device under control of a test controller; a voltage transmitting unit for transmitting the voltage to the semiconductor device under control of the test controller; and an overcurrent detecting unit for detecting whether an overcurrent is supplied from an output of the power supplying unit, wherein the voltage transmitting unit cuts off a voltage supply to the semiconductor device in response to an output of the overcurrent detecting unit without intervention of the test controller.

Abstract: A method for implementing a navigation key function in a mobile communication terminal using fingerprint-recognition. The mobile communication terminal includes a fingerprint-recognition sensor divided into a plurality of image detection blocks. The method comprises recognizing a fingerprint over at least one of the plurality of image detection blocks, obtaining a directional characteristic corresponding to a direction indicated by the at least one of the plurality of image detection blocks that has recognized the fingerprint, and then determining a directional value based on the obtained directional characteristic to perform a corresponding directional process.

Abstract: A chemical vapor deposition (CVD) apparatus includes a process chamber where a deposition process is performed on a wafer. A gas supply assembly is mounted in the process chamber for supplying a process gas to the process chamber, and a vacuum pump is mounted in the process chamber for exhausting the process gas. A support is mounted in the process chamber for supporting the wafer, and a position control assembly raises and lowers the chuck. A controller controls the position control assembly to vary a distance between the wafer and the gas supply assembly during the deposition process. A CVD method for forming a deposition layer on a wafer includes supplying a process gas to a process chamber, dividing a process time into a plurality of process stages, varying a distance between the wafer and a gas supply assembly according to the process stages, and exhausting the process gas.
