  • Patent number: 12331116
Abstract: The present invention provides a bispecific epitope binding protein comprising an anti-4-1BB agonist antibody and a PD-1 protein or a fragment thereof that binds to PD-L1 with high affinity. The bispecific epitope binding protein simultaneously and independently binds to 4-1BB and PD-L1, which engage 4-1BB upregulated T cells, especially effector CD8+ T cells, with tumor cells expressing PD-L1. These interactions induce strong activation of the cytotoxic activity of anti-tumor effector CD8+ T cells by both blocking PD-1/PD-L1-mediated inhibitory signaling and activating 4-1BB-mediated costimulatory signaling in mouse models. This bispecific epitope binding protein has a much stronger oncolytic effect compared to each component alone.

  • Patent number: 12238029
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) can include processing circuitry configured to decode control information of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) received via a resource within a control resource set (CORESET) occupying a subset of a plurality of OFDM symbols within a slot. At least one of the symbols in the subset coincides with a pre-defined symbol location associated with a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) of a PDSCII. The DM-RS can be detected within the slot, the DM-RS starting at a symbol location that is shifted from the pre-defined symbol location and following the subset of symbols. Downlink data scheduled by the PDCCH and received via the PDSCH can be decoded, where the decoding is based on the detected DM-RS.

  • Publication number: 20240421491
Abstract: A built-in antenna includes a first printed circuit board (PCB) having antenna areas arranged so that at least one antenna area is arranged at each of the corners of the first PCB. The antenna areas are spaced apart from one another, and circuit components are arranged in areas other than the antenna areas. A second PCB has first antenna patterns respectively arranged at locations corresponding to the antenna areas on the first PCB. A third PCB is vertically coupled to the first and second PCBs to electrically connect them. The second PCB includes a second antenna pattern arranged in an area other than areas in which the first antenna patterns are arranged. This increases a degree of freedom in design and improves bandwidth and efficiency by arranging each antenna in a plate-shaped structure.
