    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a process for cultivating the strains of Bacillus polyfermenticus, which is a beneficial endospore forming bacteria. The process includes an use of certain culture medium containing inexpensive ingredients and is carried out in a fed-batch manner. It allows a significant increase of the yield of the cultivation. In particular, the process for cultivating Bacillus polyfermenticus strain SCD KCCM 10104 is disclosed.
