The present invention provides a composition for preventing or treating acne, containing a Pseudomonas aeruginosa culture solution extract as an active ingredient. The composition containing a Pseudomonas aeruginosa culture solution extract, of the present invention, exhibits a broad antibiotic spectrum and a high antioxidant effect against various bacteria, and the composition can be applied to a cosmetic composition such as a cosmetic product and can also be useful for antibiotic, sterilizing and antiseptic purposes in various fields such as food, medical supplies, agricultural chemicals and household items.
