  • Patent number: 8144316
Abstract: The present invention provides an instrument and method for measuring total luminous flux of luminous elements, which forms an approximately uniform spatial intensity distribution by simultaneously lighting a plurality of luminous elements for measurement in an integrating sphere when comparing a total luminous flux standard lamp with the luminous elements to measure the total luminous flux of the luminous elements, thus not requiring spatial mismatch error correction.

  • Publication number: 20110227598
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for inspecting quantum efficiency homogeneity of a solar cell using a spatial light modulating device. The apparatus includes a light emitting device configured to radiate predetermined light; a spatial light modulating device configured to change a light path of rays emitted from the light emitting device according to individual control of a plurality of pixels; a spatial light modulating device controller configured to individually control the states of the plurality of pixels; a solar cell which the rays passing through or reflected from the spatial light modulating device irradiate; and a calculation controller configured to calculate quantum efficiency of the solar cell based on a photocurrent signal generated from the solar cell.

  • Publication number: 20110156936
Abstract: An optimized Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) includes a transmitter physical (PHY) layer configured to convert input data into serial data and transmit the serial data in synchronization with a high-speed clock, a receiver PHY layer configured to convert the serial data into 8-bit parallel data in synchronization with the clock received from the transmitter, a bit merge block configured to merge the parallel data received from the receiver PHY layer so as to form 32-bit data using multiple lanes and to transmit the 32-bit data to a receiver protocol layer, the receiver protocol layer being configured to decode and recognize the data received from the bit merge block.

  • Publication number: 20110157249
Abstract: A reference voltage generating circuit includes a voltage divider, color signal selectors, voltage selectors, voltage drivers and an output driver. The voltage divider outputs first to N-th divided voltages using first and second reference voltages. Each color signal selector generates a divided voltage selection signal for one of RGB color signals. Each voltage selector selects and outputs one of the first to N-th divided voltages output from the voltage divider as a tap voltage for one of the RGB color signals based on the divided voltage selection signal generated by the corresponding color signal selector. Each voltage driver retains the tap voltage output from the corresponding voltage selector and outputs the retained voltage for one of the RGB color signals. The output driver finally outputs gamma reference voltages for one of the RGB color signals using the retained tap voltages output from the voltage drivers.
