The backboard assembly prevents the formation of a gap between the lower part and a luggage board, regardless of the operational mode of the rear seat. When a seat back is folded, the upper part, the lower part, and the luggage board are aligned in a horizontal direction, thereby allowing the space for passengers in the rear seat to be completely integrated with a luggage compartment.
