The nozzle unit includes a first unit body and a second unit body. Any one of the first and second unit bodies includes a first coupling rib formed along at least a portion of the periphery and a second coupling rib spaced apart from the first coupling rib by a predetermined distance. The other of the first and second unit bodies includes a third coupling rib inserted between the first and second coupling ribs and a second coupling rib located inside the third coupling rib, and stepped ribs configured to face each other.

Abstract: The dishwasher includes a cabinet in which a washing space is formed, a supply pipe through which the washing water moves, and a nozzle unit connected to the supply pipe for spraying washing water into the washing space. The nozzle unit includes a unit body having an injection hole for injecting wash water into the washing space, a rotation holder coupled to the unit body, and a rotation holder rotatably disposed on the supply pipe. The supply pipe includes a holder that supports the rotation holder and is coupled along the periphery of the supply pipe.

Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a washing machine may be provided to be able to automatically add a liquid detergent into a tub. The washing machine in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a detergent box for containing a detergent or rinse; a detergent supply pump for pumping the detergent or rinse contained in the detergent box; a connection pipe connected to the detergent supply pump and a tub; and an open/close unit for opening or closing the connection pipe, wherein the open/close unit is configured to open the connection pipe only when the detergent or rinse is pumped by the detergent supply pump.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an adult stem cell line introduced with an HGF gene and a neurogenic transcription factor gene of a bHLH family, a preparation method of the adult stem cell line, a composition for the prevention or treatment of neurological diseases comprising the adult stem cell line, and a method for treating neurological diseases comprising the step of administering the composition to a subject having neurological diseases or suspected of having neurological diseases. The adult stem cells according to the present invention, which are introduced with an HGF gene and a neurogenic transcription factor gene of a bHLH family, can be used to overcome chronic impairment caused by cell death following stroke.

Abstract: Mesenchymal stem cells expressing a suicide gene show excellent and highly selective anticancer effects against cancer tissues through the selective conversion of a prodrug of an anticancer agent to the anticancer agent at around the cancer. Also disclosed herein are a pharmaceutical composition for treating a cancer comprising the mesenchymal stem cell; a kit for treating a cancer comprising an expression vector comprising the suicide gene, the mesenchymal stem cell and the prodrug; and a method for treating a cancer patient, which comprises successively administering the mesenchymal stem cell and the prodrug to the patient.
