    Abstract: The present invention relates to a functional complex particle prepared by filling a nucleic acid hydrogel inside a liposome and a method of producing the same. The present invention may have an effect of increasing an expression of protein factors included in the particle by incorporating an X-shaped nucleic acid monomer in the nucleic acid hydrogel. Accordingly, when the core-shell particle is prepared using the method according to an embodiment of the present invention, an effect of facilitating an introduction of a genome into the nucleic acid hydrogel may be obtained, and thereby the core-shell particle may be used as a protein production platform copying a cell nucleus.

A protocol according to an embodiment of the present disclosure overcomes the limitations of a conventional water/oil-based single emulsion protocol to prepare single polymer particles or single lipid layered particles and combine liposomes with a variety of polymer groups.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for storing pattern matching data and a pattern matching method using the method and apparatus are provided. The method of storing original data for pattern matching in a pattern matching apparatus includes: dividing the original data into segments of a predetermined size; performing a hash operation on each of the divided segments; determining whether or not the hash operation value of each segment causes a hash collision with a hash operation value stored in a first external memory disposed outside the pattern matching apparatus; and controlling the hash operation value of each segment determined not to cause a hash collision to be stored in the first external memory. According to the method and apparatus, the original data desired to be used for pattern matching can be stored at a faster speed in a pattern matching data storing apparatus.

A header analyzer separates a header from a packet received via a network and outputs a lookup sequence. A unit lookup unit looks up matching the header combination rules with each field to be analyzed and input from the header analyzer based on the lookup sequence input from the header analyzer and outputs a match signal and a match address. A rule combination memory stores identification information for the header combination rules. A sequence combination memory stores lookup sequence information and sequence combination information. A rule combination unit generates match results based on the match signal input from the unit lookup unit and data read from the rule combination memory and the sequence combination memory.

    Abstract: A method for embedding and detecting watermark by a quantization of a characteristic value of a signal is disclosed. In order to embed watermark, first, a signal which will be watermarked is segmented in a predetermined time period, and a characteristic value with regard to a signal within the frame obtained therefrom is evaluated in a predetermined manner. Quantized values within a set corresponding to a value of pattern information embedded into the frame among a plurality of sets including one or more quantized value respectively is compared with each characteristic value so as to determine a quantized value closest to the characteristic value. The intensity of insertion used for modifying the signal within the frame in order to make the characteristic value same as the determined quantized value is evaluated, and the signal within the frame is modified based on the evaluated intensity of insertion. The watermark detection is performed in a similar process as the embedment.

    Abstract: A method for inserting sync signal which can be outputted in synchronization with the text into audio file s while playing audio files, and apparatus thereof are disclosed. First, information of a size of the first part of the frame is obtained from the second part of the frame. Then, based on the obtained information, a start position and a size of the third part of the frame is determined, and at least a part of the sync signal is inserted into the third part of the frame. Therefore, a sync signal can be effectively inserted into audio files without damaging the contents of the audio file.

    Abstract: In embedding a watermark in a digital audio contents, a model using a minimum audible limit of the digital audio contents is generated and a series of pseudo random number is masked to generate the watermark to be inserted in the digital audio contents In order to extract the watermark embedded in the digital audio contents, an auditory psychological model having a minimum audible limit, which depends on the characteristic of frequency generated from the digital audio contents, is formed to generate the watermark from a series of pseudo random number. After generating the watermark, the length of the watermark is adjusted according to the relationship of a signal processing between the adjacent digital audio contents. By measuring the correlation between the watermark and digital audio contents, it is possible to detect whether the watermark is inserted or not.
