    Abstract: This application relates to an automated three-dimensional (3D) cell culture system. The system includes a first body including a cell culture space in which a scaffold, on which cells are cultured, is provided and the cells are cultured thereon, and a medium storage space which is partitioned from the cell culture space by a first partition wall, in which a medium is provided and stored, and which surrounds the cell culture space, wherein the first partition wall has a drain hole to communicate the medium storage space with the cell culture space. The system also includes a communication pipe provided at the first partition wall to drain the medium of the cell culture space to the outside by a siphon action. The system further includes a second body including a medium recovery space located under the first body and recovering and externally draining the medium drained through the communication pipe.

    Abstract: Provided are a scaffold including a plant protein and in-vitro meat produced by using the scaffold. Considering that the scaffold consists of a plant protein, cultured muscles or adipose tissues may be ingested together with the scaffold without being separated therefrom. By adjusting a ratio of a muscle cell and an adipocyte, in-vitro meat having desirable texture may be produced, and since various types of cells may adhere, proliferate, and differentiate on the scaffold, such a scaffold may be effectively utilized for mass production of in-vitro meat.

    Abstract: Provide are a porous cell scaffold including a serum-induced protein and a method of manufacturing the same. A porous cell scaffold according to an embodiment may stably and continuously incubate cells, show a culture pattern suitable for the characteristics of each cell to simulate actual tissues, and have a stable culture and high in vivo engraftment rate. Accordingly, the porous cell scaffold can be usefully used in the evaluation of drug activity and toxicity using organoids, for use in cell therapy products, or in the production of a target protein.
