  • Publication number: 20160348342
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic system of construction machinery and a method of controlling the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system of construction machinery and the method of controlling the hydraulic system according to the present disclosure assign a weighted value for each operation, preliminarily distribute a (available torque that can be used) value that an engine can provide, through torque weighted values for each operation, and calculate surplus torque and deficient torque by comparing a preliminary distributable torque value to required torque. The surplus torque is provided for an operation in which torque is deemed to be deficient. Thus, the hydraulic system of construction machinery and the method of controlling the hydraulic system according to the present disclosure can sufficiently use available torque that can be used so that an operator can achieve a desired level of performance during the operation.

  • Publication number: 20160113089
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for controlling dimming of a streetlamp to reduce power consumption. In the method for controlling the dimming of the streetlamp, the streetlamp comprises a plurality of illumination units, of which dimming can be individually controlled, and at least one illumination unit among the plurality of illumination units has a wattage smaller than that of another illumination unit. According to the present invention, a plurality of LEDs included in a streetlamp are randomly divided according to the direction of progress of a vehicle and dimming of the divided LEDs are controlled with different levels, so that luminance degradation felt by a driver on a road can be minimized. As a result, the present invention can save energy and solve inconvenience to the driver.

  • Patent number: 9012606
Abstract: The present invention relates to a fusion protein or peptide, the in vivo half-life of which is increased by maintaining in vivo sustained release, and to a method for increasing in vivo half-life using same. A fusion protein or peptide according to the present invention has excellent in vivo stability by binding a physiologically active protein or physiologically active peptide to an alpha-1 antitrypsin or alpha-1 antitrypsin mutant with one or more amino acids mutated to maintain the in vivo sustained release and to significantly increase the half-life thereof in blood (T1/2) compared to an inherent physiologically active protein or physiologically active peptide. Thus, a fusion protein or peptide according to the present invention can be useful in developing a sustained-release preparation of a protein or peptide drug.

  • Publication number: 20090197347
Abstract: Disclosed are an immunoassay of Plasmodium falciparum for determining the presence/absence of a specific and/or antibody thereof via label in conjugates bound to the specific antigen and/or antibody present in a sample, comprising immobilizing the specific antigen and antibody of Plasmodium falciparum on a solid phase, adding a sample obtained from a subject of interest to the solid phase so as to induce specific antibody-antigen reaction, adding a conjugate of the antigen and a label and a conjugate of the antibody and a label, separately prepared, so as to induce binding of at least one of the conjugates; and an assay device comprising the above-mentioned solid phase and conjugates. The present invention can effect specific detection of antigens and/or antibodies in patients with manifested malaria-symptoms as well as malaria carriers and can also be efficiently employed in samples at the early stage of malaria infection that is difficult to detect via conventional arts.

  • Publication number: 20040132117
Abstract: The present invention relates to an immunoassay and diagnostic reagent for malaria by using antigens of malarial Protozoa. More preferably, the present invention relates to an immunoassay and diagnostic reagent for malaria which detect malaria-specific antibodies in blood by using Merozoite Surface Protein of Plasmodium vivax. The immunoassay and diagnostic reagent detecting malaria-specific antibodies in blood according to the present invention have high specificity and sensitivity and are useful in diagnosing a type of malaria where latent period is long and number of Protozoa in blood if few. Also, the present invention relates to a preparation method of the surface protein of malarial Protozoa using yeast or E. Coli. Preferably, the present invention provides an expression vector comprising genes of Merozoite Surface Protein of Plasmodium Vivax and histidine residues, as well as transformants transformed with the expression vector.
