Abstract: Nanosheet transistor devices are provided. A nanosheet transistor device includes a transistor stack that includes a lower nanosheet transistor having a first nanosheet width and a lower gate width. The transistor stack also includes an upper nanosheet transistor that is on the lower nanosheet transistor and that has a second nanosheet width and an upper gate width that are different from the first nanosheet width and the lower gate width, respectively. Related methods of forming a nanosheet transistor device are also provided.

Abstract: An ADAMTS13 mutant protein having an improved escaping rate against an autoantibody and a composition that is suitable for preventing or treating thrombotic diseases are disclosed. By efficiently avoiding autoantibodies known to have high binding affinity to the main domain of ADAMTS13, the ADAMTS13 variant protein of the present invention can be used as an effective therapeutic composition for various thrombotic diseases, such as TTP (thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura), in which the presence of such autoantibodies is the main etiology, and can stably maintain the biological activity thereof when administered into a body. In addition, a newly identified site within ADAMTS13, which is recognized by an autoantibody can be used in screening novel ADAMTS13 variants having an improved autoantibody escaping rate by applying a combination of various mutations within the corresponding site.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a composition for promoting immune activity including a protein selected from the group consisting of dimeric proinsulin, C-peptide partially deleted mutant of dimeric proinsulin, and C-peptide partially deleted mutant of monomeric proinsulin as an effective component and a composition for immunosuppression including C-peptide site of proinsulin as an effective component, and the dimeric proinsulin, the C-peptide partially deleted mutant of dimeric proinsulin, and the C-peptide partially deleted mutant of monomeric proinsulin can be applied as immune enhancers to diabetic patients.
