Abstract: A pixel includes an organic light emitting diode (OLED), a pixel circuit, and first and second transistors. The OLD includes a cathode electrode connected to a second power source. The pixel circuit includes a driving transistor having a gate electrode initialized by a third power source. The driving transistor controls the amount of current flowing from a first power source to the second power source via the OLED. The first transistor is connected between a fourth power source and the second power source and an anode electrode of the OLED. The first transistor is turned on based on a scan signal is supplied to a scan line. The second transistor is connected between a data line and the pixel circuit. The second transistor is turned on when the scan signal is supplied to the ith scan line.

Abstract: A contents output system capable of outputting contents and a method for sharing codec information for outputting the contents in the system are provided. The method for sharing codec information in a contents output system includes sharing, when a media server, a media renderer for outputting contents, and a control point are connected, codec information provided by the media server and the codec information of contents playable by the media renderer, and providing, at the media server, the contents to the media renderer according to the shared codec information.

Abstract: A method and apparatus to manage call control in a Computer Telephone Interface (CTI) system includes: a computer terminal to generate a call control message including call control identification information using a CTI application program in response to a call control command from a user, and transmitting the generated call control message; wireless terminals to perform call control upon receipt of the call control message; and an exchange to receive the call control message from the computer terminal, and to maintain the call control message generated by the computer terminal unchanged and to interface it to a corresponding one of the wireless terminals in response to the call control identification information being detected from the received call control message.

Abstract: A method for forming contact holes having different depths in an insulating layer which covers a semiconductor substrate. A first step selectively etches the upper parts of the insulating layer which correspond to contact holes having a greater depth than the shallowest contact hole, using a first mask pattern. A second etch step selectively etches the remainder of the insulating layer for all of the contact holes at the same time using a second mask pattern. Thus, contact hole misalignment is kept to a minimum.

Abstract: There is disclosed a call transfer method and device of an automatic answering phone, whereby a memory integrated circuit (IC) and a magnetic tape are used to commonly store an answering message, a call transfer message, and a caller's message. The subscriber's message and the call transfer message are recorded in different portions of the same cassette tape for reproducing the answering message.
