Abstract: An electronic device according to an embodiment includes: a touch sensitive display unit configured to display one or more pages of a document thereon; and a controller configured for cooperating with the touch sensitive display unit to: receive a touch input applied to the touch sensitive display unit when the one or more pages of a document are displayed on the touch sensitive display unit; display information including a page number of the document on the touch sensitive display unit in response to the touch input; detect a proximity touch input starting from a point of the touch input to another point spaced from the touch sensitive display unit; and determine new information to be changed from the displayed information, based on a position of the another point.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an electronic document reproduction apparatus supporting a preview function upon outputting an electronic book, and a reproducing method thereof.
