Abstract: The present disclosure relates to thermoresponsive oil-in-water nanoemulsions that include: (a) one or more amphiphilic triblock copolymers; (b) one or more oils in the form of nanoemulsion droplets having an average size of about 20 nm to about 500 nm; (c) about 5 to about 40 wt. % of one or more surfactants; (d) one or more nonionic co¬ surfactants; and (e) water, wherein the nonemulsion undergoes a sol-to-gel transition at about 20° C. to about 50° C. One or more lipophilic active ingredients and/or one or more hydrophilic active ingredients may be incorporated into the nanoemulsions. The nanoemulsions are particularly useful for medical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic applications.
