  • Publication number: 20100252769
Abstract: The invention relates to a plunger for a solenoid valve having a plunger shaft, a closure element, and a sealing element, and a method for labeling plungers for solenoid valves. According to the invention, at least one permanent mark is applied by means of machining, allowing the association of the corresponding plunger to a specific type of plunger from a plurality of various types of plungers.

  • Patent number: 7661652
Abstract: An electromagnetically actuatable valve for brake systems in motor vehicles, comprises a hydraulic part and an electric part. The valve is partially placed inside a valve block, in which an inlet borehole and an outlet borehole for a hydraulic fluid are made. The hydraulic part comprises a valve element inside of which a transversal borehole is made that communicates with the inlet borehole. In addition, a number of longitudinal boreholes, which are connected to the outlet borehole, are made in the valve element. The transversal borehole and the longitudinal boreholes are connected via a closing element. The valve enables a controlled opening and closing of the closing element thereby making a low-noise switching of the valve possible.

  • Patent number: 7243899
Abstract: An electromagnetic valve arrangement with a valve element having least one part disposed in a valve chamber defined by a valve insert in the region of a valve seat. An end facing away from the valve chamber of the valve element is operatively connected to an armature and end face of the armature facing toward the valve insert and/or an end face of the valve insert facing toward the end face of the armature is embodied with a surface profile such that a flow cross section, defined by the opposed end faces varies at least regionally in the radial direction and/or in the circumferential direction of the armature.

  • Publication number: 20060033064
Abstract: A valve arrangement having a valve element disposed longitudinally movably in a valve insert and cooperating with a valve seat in a valve body, which valve element in the installed position is acted upon, by a spring assembly disposed between the valve body and the valve insert, with a force component acting in the opening direction of the valve seat and is actuatable in the closing direction of the valve seat via an electromagnetic actuator. The spring assembly is guided in the radial direction in the region of a bearing face on the valve element. The spring assembly between its contact region on the valve element and its contact region on the valve body is guided in at least one further region in the radial direction on the valve insert.
