    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sorting scheduling method, apparatus and matrix sorting system in the field of warehousing and logistics technology, wherein the matrix sorting system includes multiple branch lines and multiple ring sorters, each branch line spans multiple ring sorters, each ring sorter is spanned by multiple branch lines, each branch line is provided with multiple sorting stations at each ring sorter, each said branch line is used to convey a stock box to the corresponding sorting station, and the sorted goods to be packaged at said sorting station flow on the corresponding ring sorter. The present disclosure adopts the matrix sorting form, and the order quantity completed by a sorting station can be increased dozens of times compared to the existing sorting station layout, which alleviates the problem of conveyor line blockage and realizes large-scale sorting operations.

Thus, the problem of uneven workload among operators at different sorting stations is solved, which leads to overall low operational efficiency.

    Abstract: A method for detecting a thickness of bonded rubber of a carbon black in a natural rubber based for reinforcement performance is provided. An ultra-thin frozen microtome to prepare a sample, a tapping mode of the atomic force microscope is used, and when characterizes the carbon black and rubber composite material, the difference of imaging characteristics between morphological and phase diagrams is used, the characteristics of bonded rubber of carbon black reinforced composite material can be observed to obtain the thickness of bonded rubber, and then influence of bonded rubber on rubber performance and the reinforcement performance of the carbon black in the rubber are analyzed. The method has advantages of simple operation, no need for excessive sample processing, high detection efficiency, clear detection images and high detection accuracy, thereby having better applicability and providing a new method and idea for studying reinforcements of fillers.

The column inversion driving circuit could reduce the voltage level of the logic low of the nth impulse signal, which is used to control the nth TFT matrix, through the cooperation of the voltage level of the nth impulse signal and the nth positive data signal. Furthermore, the voltage level of the logic high of the (n+1)th impulse signal, which is used to control the (n+1)th TFT matrix, is also reduced through the cooperation of the voltage level of the (n+1)th impulse signal and the (n+1)th negative data signal. This reduces the power consumption of the column inversion driving circuit.
