    Abstract: The disclosed technology is directed to a pixel unit and a method for manufacturing the same and a liquid crystal display device. The pixel unit comprises: an array substrate; a color filter substrate; and a liquid crystal layer located between the array substrate and the color filter substrate. The pixel unit includes a displaying region and a non-displaying region in which a first electrode and a second electrode are formed on the array substrate and the color filter substrate respectively, and the rotation of molecules in the liquid crystal layer between the first electrode and the second electrode can be controlled by a vertical electrical field generated between the first electrode and the second electrode after energized to realize a normal black display mode, so that light leaking from the liquid crystal layer between the first electrode and the second electrode is prevented.

    Abstract: A power management mechanism maintains power to a processor and an integrated memory. Read-only logic and a cache are also provided. At power on, the read-only logic configures the cache as an internal memory and loads executable instructions in the cache. A copy of the executable instructions is stored in the internal memory. A branch instruction is also stored. Thereafter, the processor uses the copy of the executable instructions and present status information. The processor is programmed to issue a reset signal when a failure is detected. The read-only logic responds to the reset signal by going to the branch instruction in the internal memory, which directs the processor to use the copy of the executable instructions and status information in the internal memory circuit. The operating state is restored and the processor is instructed to execute the next instruction in the copy of executable instructions.

A resist layer with a lot of location holes is formed on the surface of the heterogeneous member by nano-imprint lithography, and a lot of small holes are formed on the surface of the heterogeneous member while the resist layer is removed. Then the heterogeneous member is inserted in an injection mold, and molten crystalline thermoplastic resin is injected into the mold, thus the resin embedded into the holes and bonding with the shaped piece. The method is environmentally friendly and suitable for mass production.
