    Abstract: Provided are a recombinant adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector carrying human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV-16) mutation E7 antigen gene and a construction method therefor. The construction method comprises mutating the carcinogenic HPV-16 E7 antigen gene to noncarcinogenic E7 antigen gene, and then inserting the mutated gene into an AAV vector of which the structural gene has been removed, thereby obtaining the recombinant AAV vector. The recombinant AAV vector or related product can be used for preparing medications against HPV-16 infection and other diseases such as tumors caused by HPV-16 infection.

Furthermore, a keyword set may be generated for the media content utilizing a mutual information criteria. In other embodiments, one or more queries may be generated based at least in part on the transcript, and a plurality of web documents may be retrieved based at least in part on the one or more queries. Additional keyword candidates may be extracted from each web document and then ranked. A subset of the keyword candidates may then be selected to form a keyword set associated with the media content.
