    Abstract: A method for optical metrology of a sample, the method may include illuminating areas of the sample by sets of pulses of different wavelengths, during a movement of a variable speed of the sample; collecting light reflected from the sample, as a result of the illuminating, to provide sets of frames, each set of frames comprises partially overlapping frames associated with the different wavelengths; and processing the frames to provide optical metrology results indicative of one or more evaluated parameters of elements of the areas of the sample; wherein the processing is based on a mapping between the sets of frames and reference measurements obtained by an other optical metrology process that exhibits a higher spectral resolution than a spectral resolution obtained by the illuminating and the collecting.

    Abstract: A system, device, and method for transcutaneous nerve stimulation such as facial nerve stimulation, and in particular, to using transcutaneous nerve stimulation for artificially eliciting eye blink, such as with humans with acute facial paralysis (Bell's palsy or Dry Eye syndrome), is disclosed. A battery-operated wearable device may employ a pulse generator for periodically and automatically generating bursts train of asymmetrical Bi-Phasic square pulses. The output pulses are fed to two electrodes that are attached to the skin of the treated person to stimulate the facial nerve for eliciting blinking at a rate that mimics normal blinking operation. The device may include a sensor and a wireless connection, and the parameters of, or the activation of, the generated bursts may be controlled by the sensor output, by human user control, or by data received from the wireless network. Further, the device may transmit status to the wireless network.

The method may include acquiring, by a charged particle imager, a first image of a first type of electrons of the area while the charged particle imager is at a first configuration; acquiring, by the charged particle imager, a second image of the first type of electrons of the area and a first image of a second type of electrons of the area while the charged particle imager is at a second configuration that differs from the first configuration; and generating a hybrid image of the area based on (i) a first image of the first type of electrons of the upper surface, (ii) an inter-image offset, and (iii) a first image of the second type of electrons of the bottom of the hole.
