Abstract: The present invention generally relates to an emotion recognition and notification system comprises an input unit includes a camera for capturing a facial image of a user's face; a pre-processing unit to remove noise and enhance the details of the captured facial image; a face detection unit to detect a face from the captured facial image; a features extraction unit to extract a set of image features from detected face from the captured facial image; a central processing unit equipped with a two channel facial expression recognition network based on CNN and LSTM to recognize an emotion of a user upon comparing the set of image features from a pre-stored image features; and a control unit equipped with a communication module to alert a registered user about a recognized emotion.

Abstract: The character and symbol recognition system comprises a detachable body having a photographic camera to capture real time image of one of sheet or poster comprising of printed and handwritten characters and symbols; an input unit to acquire the real time captured image; a pre-processing unit to detect a character and symbol region; a classification unit equipped with at least two channel neural network based on CNN and LSTM to separate the character and symbol region; a central processing unit to calculate weights for transitions to the candidates thereby generate one of a first character or first symbol string transition data based on a set of the candidates and the weights; and a control unit to detect one or both of the printed and handwritten characters and symbols thereby display the detected information on a display unit and play the detected information on a speaker to alert a rider.

Abstract: Nowadays shopping in supermarkets, malls, marts and other commercial places becomes a very important part of human life. Apart from just shopping, these places offer so many entertainment platforms for every age group of people under one roof. Therefore, to attract the customers, the shop owners are always trying to introduce unique flavour in their shopping platforms, such as: Digital Payment methods, Automatic controlling systems, location indicator of the particular store, Smart Trolley and etc. Shopping Trolley is always hidden but a very crucial part of your shopping. Here, we are putting this hidden component into the central attraction for the shopping. In our proposed invention idea (Smart Trolley), we are planning to put so many customer friendly features into the trolley, which takes the customer's shopping experience into another level.
