Abstract: The present system is a cloud-based prescription management service that can be used by patients, providers, pharmacies, payors, and pharmaceutical manufacturers to assist with the coordination of prescription management. The system can be accessed via any processing device, such as a smartphone, tablet, desktop, and the like. A patient retains autonomy in selecting where the prescription is ultimately dispensed and can track all existing prescriptions, manage prescriptions, review the status of prescriptions, establish refill reminders, and compare insurance coverage and pricing preferences. The system allows a user to choose one or more payment methods, manage multiple users, delivery preferences, and delivery locations for medications. The system acts as a hub that is integrated with a network of pharmacies where that prescription is “transferred” electronically from the system Digital Wallet or application to the pharmacy of choice.
