Abstract: A novel space reservation real-time optimization management system incorporates potential meeting participants' real-time location and behavioral parameters gathered from participants' electronic devices, employee databases, and/or in-room occupancy sensors to generate a machine-determined optimal office space and resource assignment to the potential meeting participants. Preferably, the machine determined office space assignment is not finalized until a scheduled meeting time nears a just-in-time (JIT) threshold value for the machine-based real-time space optimization.

Abstract: An image capture device case including a cover and a cover insert is disclosed. The cover includes a cover panel and a sidewall extending from the cover panel to form an insert opening to receive the cover insert. The image capture device case also includes an extension moveable between a collapsed configuration and an extended configuration. The extension includes a first segment rotatably coupled to the cover; a second segment slidably coupled to the first segment, wherein the first segment is sized to fit within the second segment; a third segment slidably coupled to the second segment, wherein the second segment is sized to fit within the third segment; and a handle disposed on the third segment. A recessed region is formed in the cover panel to receive the extension when in the collapsed configuration. A torque mechanism is coupled between the cover and the first segment to resist rotation therebetween.

Abstract: An image capture device case comprising a cover and a collapsible extension coupled to the cover. The cover comprises a cover panel, a surrounding sidewall extending from the cover panel to form a device opening to receive an image capture device, and a recessed region formed in the cover panel opposite the device opening. The extension comprises first, second, and third segments. The first segment includes a first relief and is rotatably coupled to the cover adjacent the recessed region, wherein the first segment is sized to fit at least partially within the recessed region. The second segment is rotatably coupled to the first segment and includes a second relief, wherein the second segment is sized to fit at least partially within the first relief. The third segment is rotatably coupled to the second segment, wherein the third segment is sized to fit at least partially within the second relief.
