  • Publication number: 20250081211
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first UE may perform a sensing procedure to identify that a first sidelink resource is available. The first UE may select the first sidelink resource for transmitting a first message and one or more remaining sidelink resources for transmitting one or more additional messages. The first CE may transmit the first message via the first sidelink resource to a second UE, the first message indicating a reservation and a resource utilization probability vector for the remaining sidelink resources. The resource utilization probability vector may include the resource utilization probabilities for each sidelink resource. The second UE may select a first sidelink resource of the remaining sidelink resources or a second sidelink resource for transmitting a sidelink message based on the resource utilization probability vector, and may transmit the sidelink message to the first UE in the selected sidelink resource.

  • Patent number: 12224967
Abstract: An apparatus may comprise a component for communicating using a first RAT and another component for communicating using a second RAT. Overlapping communication using the two RATs may cause problems for proper reception at the apparatus. The apparatus may detect that transmission or reception of a first packet using a first RAT will overlap in time with reception of a second packet using a second RAT. The apparatus prioritizes the first packet or the second packet based at least on a relative priority of the first packet and the second packet.

  • Publication number: 20250020762
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may include a radar which is used for object detection, such as a vehicle UE detecting other vehicle UEs in a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications system. The UE may be configured for coordinated interference, where radars transmit a common waveform while applying different delays to prevent negative co-channel interference effects, such as false or ghost targets. The techniques described herein support configuring a common configuration for network-assisted coordinated interference by considering capabilities of UEs and radars within a geographic area controlled by a network entity. The network entity may identify and indicate a waveform configuration which is used by radars within the geographic control area of the network entity.

  • Patent number: 12200057
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) that transmits sensor data to another UE may also send information about the associated sensor and its performance. For example, the UE may determine a set of rules that apply to a sensor. The set of rules may define an association between a group of performance values and a group of performance levels corresponding to one or more metrics of the sensor. The UE may identify a performance value from the group of performance values for the sensor based on a performance level of the sensor and the set of rules. After determining the performance value, the UE may transmit an indication of the set of in a first data frame of a message and an indication of the performance value in a second data frame of the message.

  • Patent number: 12192785
Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for transmit/receive (TX/RX) beam association in millimeter wave (mmW) vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications. In conventional wireless systems, a node (e.g., gNB) that manages wireless resources is typically stationary. This means that transmissions from the network node over the same TX beam using the same antenna array orientation can be assumed to be quasi-collocated (QCLed) and communications may be established using fixed-to-mobile beam management approach. However, if the transmitting node is mobile, a quasi-collocation (QCL) assumption may not be valid. To address issues due to mobility of the nodes that manage wireless resources, a mobile-to-mobile beam management approach is proposed.

The apparatus may adapt a transmission parameter for a second transmission based on a predicted location of the first apparatus or the second apparatus. The transmission parameter may include at least one of a modulation, a code rate, a DMRS density, a precoder, a CSI-RS transmission periodicity or a feedback rate.

  • Publication number: 20240378122
Abstract: A system to validate behavior of a replacement component is disclosed. The system obtains first result data, the first result data being generated by performing a first request at a first component of a production environment. The system performs second request at a second component of the production environment to generate second result data. The system performs a parity check between the first result data and the second result data to determine an equivalence in behavior between the first request at the first component and the second request at the second component. The system generates discrepancy information indicating the equivalence in behavior between the first request at the first component and the second request at the second component based on the parity check. The system performs a third action based on the discrepancy information including storing the discrepancy information.
