  • Patent number: 10825057
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments illustrate methods for displaying targeted content on a digital signage board (DSB). The method includes receiving encrypted profile information from each of a plurality of user-computing devices when the plurality of user-computing devices is in a proximity range of the DSB, wherein the DSB is associated with one or more products and/or services. The method further includes aggregating the encrypted profile information received from each of the plurality of user-computing devices to generate an aggregated encrypted profile. Further, the method includes transmitting the aggregated encrypted profile to a content server, wherein the content server decrypts the aggregated encrypted profile to select the targeted content from a content repository associated with the one or more products and/or services, wherein the targeted content is displayed on the DSB.

  • Patent number: 10489824
Abstract: A method and a system are provided for interaction with a digital signage board. An electronic device receives, via a transceiver, a first metadata associated with a first grid displayed on the digital signage board that is configured to display a plurality of multimedia content items in a plurality of first cells of the grid. The electronic device receives, via the transceiver, a second metadata associated with the plurality of multimedia content items. The one or more processors in the electronic device display a second grid comprising a plurality of second cells that are based on the first metadata and the second metadata. The one or more processors in the electronic device further update a property associated with at least one of the plurality of second cells based on a user profile stored in the electronic device and the second metadata.

  • Patent number: 10333909
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments illustrate methods and systems for identifying a targeted content item for a user. The method includes receiving one or more encrypted first attributes of the user, and a first key. Thereafter, one or more content items are encrypted using the first key. The one or more content items are stored in a data structure such that the one or more content items are indexed in the data structure according to one or more second attributes of the one or more content items. Thereafter, at least one encrypted content item is retrieved from the data structure based on the one or more encrypted content items, the indexing of the one or more content items, and the one or more encrypted first attributes. The at least one encrypted content item is decrypted to generate the targeted content item.

  • Publication number: 20180218426
Abstract: Methods and devices for privacy preserving recommendation of items based on association rules, each being represented as an antecedent that implies a consequent, are disclosed. The method includes receiving a transaction indicated by a query from a client device, where the transaction includes multiple items. The method further includes identifying association rules applicable to the transaction from a data structure storing a universal association rule set provided the association rules include antecedents that are a subset of the transaction. The association rules are identified based on a predefined criterion implemented using a predetermined rule fetch method. The method also includes determining consequents associated with the identified association rules, where each consequent includes an item, and collating a set of items based on the determined consequents. The method further includes recommending an item list from the collated set to the client device.

  • Patent number: 9229687
Abstract: A product of prime numbers and a quadratic non-residue of one of the prime numbers are received as a public key from a first party. The product of prime numbers comprises a first group and the prime numbers respectively comprise a first sub-group and a second sub-group of the first group. Data of the first party is automatically encrypted bit-wise using a computerized device by encrypting first bit values of the data of the first party as quadratic residue and encrypting second bit values of the data of the first party as quadratic non-residue to produce a first intermediate number. The first intermediate number is automatically multiplied by the quadratic non-residue of the public key using the computerized device to complete encryption of the data of the first party. A square root of a value is received from a second party. The second party does not have the quadratic residue and the quadratic non-residue.

  • Patent number: 9208380
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments illustrate a method for comparing handwriting in a first electronic document and a second electronic document. The method includes extracting, by one or more processors, one or more segments from a first electronic document and a second electronic document. Each of the one or more segments includes a handwritten text. Thereafter, one or more sets of segments are created from the one or more segments. An information indicating categorization of each segment in a set of segments in one or more categories is received. The information is provided by one or more workers based on the handwriting in each segment. A similarity score based on a count of segments in each of the one or more categories is determined. The similarity score is deterministic of a degree of similarity between the first electronic document and the second electronic document.
