Abstract: The present invention provides a mask and a method of manufacturing the same. The mask is manufactured by additive manufacturing process with elements increasing tolerance of the mask. The mask includes a base structure with a nasal chamber and a gas exchange filter configured for providing adequate protection to a user through multiple layers of anti-microbial filtration layers including filtration barriers of fiber material.
