Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a central negative pressure arc welding apparatus and method. Through a pumping gas pipeline from the suction device to hollow tubular electrode, a suction device may establish a stable, high energy density and binding arc beneath hollow tubular electrode. The binding degree, energy density and voltage of arc may be adjusted by changing the value of negative pressure in the center of arc. Accordingly, welding heat input and coefficient of weld may be precisely controlled. This apparatus may further set up central pulsating negative pressure arc by turning on valve periodically to make a periodic negative pressure in the center of arc. This present disclosure both possesses good stability and adaptability of traditional Gas Tungsten Arc Welding and achieves binding arc and good penetration of Plasma Arc Welding. Furthermore, this present disclosure improves the mechanical properties of welded joints.

Abstract: A system and method for classifying and defining relationships between product information data is provided. The method classifies the product information data to two different data types. Each data type includes a plurality of items. The items of each of the two types are arranged in a product information tree. The items of all the product information trees are associated to construct a new tree for showing the relationships of the product information data.

Abstract: An alarm system for sending alarm e-mails flexibly defines various alarm conditions and alarm procedures according to a predetermined reference. The alarm system obtains monitoring data from a monitor system, and determines if the monitoring data meets any of the alarm conditions. The alarm system correspondingly selects an alarm procedure, generates alarm e-mails, and sends the alarm e-mails according to the alarm procedure.

A control object for each of the columns is generated according to the attributes of each of the columns. The method further searches product data of the columns stored in a data storage system according to the attributes of the columns, and generates a product report by integrating all the control objects of the columns according to the searched product data.
