    Abstract: An array substrate and a display panel are provided. The array substrate includes a substrate, a gate, a gate insulating layer, an oxide semiconductor layer, and a source-drain metal layer. Material of at least a portion of the gate insulating layer in contact with the oxide semiconductor layer and material of the oxide semiconductor layer include an oxide of the first metal element. Thus, a transition interface between the gate insulating layer and the oxide semiconductor layer has a lower density of defect states, which is beneficial to improve mobility and stability.

The control circuit directs a power circuit to provide voltage to an operating circuit. The control circuit directs the power circuit to stop supplying voltages to the operating circuit.

The control unit is used to receive the fingerprint information and compare the received fingerprint information with the stored fingerprint mode. If the received fingerprint information is not consistent with the stored fingerprint mode and the mobile phone is at a power-off state, the control unit outputs a first control signal to control switch unit to keep the mobile phone being at the power-off state.
