  • Publication number: 20080116767
Abstract: A piezoelectric generation system and piezoelectric generating method for use in a nebulizer are disclosed. The system and method comprises using a processing unit to control the frequency generation unit to continuously generate the first electrical signals with a serial predetermined frequency band range (or third electrical signals after converting the first electrical signals) to be transmitted to a piezoelectric generating element. The piezoelectric generating element then generates a series of corresponding second electrical signals (or the fourth electrical signals after converting the second electrical signals) to be transmitted to the processing unit based on the first electrical signals or the third electrical signals.

  • Publication number: 20080119744
Abstract: A cuff structure for sphygmomanometers includes a cuff body wrapped around an airbag, and first, second and third adhesive latching surfaces arranged sequentially on the cuff body. The first adhesive latching surface is made of a single material; the second adhesive latching surface is composed of first and second adhesive latching portions made of different materials; one of the adhesive latching portions is made of the same material of the first adhesive latching surface; and an adhesive latching portion of the third adhesive latching surface is adhered with an adhesive latching portion of the second adhesive latching surface, such that the cuff body can be wrapped around a user's arm. When the second and third adhesive latching surfaces are folded towards the first adhesive latching surface, the adhesive latching portions made of different adjacent materials are adhered closely to prevent the airbag from getting loosened when the airbag is inflated.

  • Publication number: 20080111003
Abstract: A droplet generation apparatus is applied to a nebulizer. The droplet generation apparatus comprises a vibratable member, a nozzle disc, a housing and a connection member or a fastening plate or both the connection member and the fastening plate. The vibratable member has a first through hole. The nozzle disc has a plurality of apertures facing the first through hole, and is combined with the vibratable member. The connection member is disposed between the vibratable member and the nozzle disc, and has a second through hole corresponding to the first through hole. Alternatively, the fastening plate is combined with the nozzle disc. The housing covers up the combination of the vibratable member, the nozzle disc and the connection member or the fastening plate. Vibration efficiency generated by the vibratable member is improved through the connection member. An accommodation space is formed by the fastening plate and the nozzle disc.

  • Publication number: 20070185402
Abstract: An airbag having a stable pressure release device operated with a sphygmomanometer includes a casing having an interconnecting pipe with a solenoid valve for discharging air from an airbag and an air escape valve for discharging air at a low airflow, when measuring blood pressure. The airflow is adjusted for a standard sized airbag, and the interconnecting pipe is connected to the airbag. The airbag is larger than a standard sized airbag. The airbag has a porous piston. If a larger arm is measured, the air is discharged through the air escape valve with a low airflow, and the air holes of the piston can increase the airflow and stabilize the pressure release, so that a more accurate pulse signal can be obtained.

  • Publication number: 20070185403
Abstract: A structure for stabilizing the pressure release of a pressurizing device of a sphygmomanometer includes a valve having an air channel with an end connected to a pressurizing member and another end to an airbag, and the air channel is connected to an interconnecting pipe that is integrally formed with the valve, and the interconnecting pipe includes a pressure release valve having a porous piston body for isolating the air channel. When the pressurizing member is pressurized, the air passes through the air channel to apply a pressure to the airbag. The air in the airbag passes through the air holes of the porous piston body to the outside for measuring blood pressure, and the pulse sensor can detect the pulse signal of the blood pressure more accurately by the airflow.

  • Publication number: 20070159850
Abstract: A color blend structure for improving the display of a backlight module of an LCD panel includes a reflective sheet stacked with a light guide panel and at least two LEDs of different colors buried in a side of the light guide panel. The light guide panel includes a depressed opening disposed between the LEDs, and the light guide panel includes an LCD panel stacked thereon, such that when the LEDs produce colored lights of different colors, no light diffusion resulting a color blend will be produced due to the separation provided by the depressed opening and the reflection controlled at the edge of the depressed opening, such that when the LCD panel displays different color areas as warnings, users can view the warnings without any color confusion.

  • Publication number: 20070073172
Abstract: A stable pressure release device for electronic sphygmomanometer includes a casing and a multi-passage interconnecting pipe on the casing. An end of the interconnecting pipe is connected to a cuff, a pump, a pulse detector, and a low airflow valve. The low airflow valve includes an air passage which has a piston made of a porous material, so that when the electronic sphygmomanometer is used, the pump pressurizes and sends air into the interconnecting pipe. After the cuff is filled up with air, the air in the cuff is released in a low airflow steadily to the outside through the small even air holes of the piston. Therefore, the pulse sensor can accurately detect a pulse signal of the blood pressure, since the airflow is small and stable. The piston will not be exhausted easily and the airflow is steady, and thus errors will not result easily during the detection.
