  • Publication number: 20170057175
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for five-dimensional additive manufacturing. The method may include acquiring medical imaging data of a patient that includes anatomical and physiological data. The medical imaging data may be segmented based on the anatomical data and the physiological data and may be converted into a virtual three-dimensional model. The virtual three-dimensional model may be translated into control instructions for an additive manufacturing system to create a physical model of the patient. The physical model can vary in five dimensions: height, width, depth, change in pathology size, and physiology.
